Hi. I'm tracking my journey to be a healthier, fitter person. I'm going to be pretty brutally honest, so turn back now if you're not up for it. As of starting this blog on August 9, 2008, at 5'8", I weighed 260 pounds and wear a size 20. My goal is to be a size 10. I'm all about being realistic and taking baby steps, and this blog is going to document my journey of trying to have healthier habits, a healthier life, and more confidence. When I fuck up, I'm going to write about it. When I have success or make progress, I'm going to write about it. I hope this blog will inspire me to keep going, and others too.
